To Whom This May Concern,
The United States of America is a country where pyramid schemes originated. It remains the main export today, resulting in millions of inexperienced people throughout the world being fleeced and abused by unscrupulous pyramid scheme owners. Therefore, I believe it is the responsibility of your country and the Congress of your country to write an anti-pyramid law that will completely stop these scams and put them out of business, while at the same time, it will not affect good MLM companies. Our goal should be to put pyramid scheme companies out of business.
Yes, the United States of America does have an anti-pyramid law, but clauses need to be added to make it 100% effective. If I can help you achieve this goal, will anyone in authority be interested? My service is free as I detest pyramid schemes and I know how to do it.

I have written to the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) of the USA twice on this issue and up to today, 20th December 2011, have not heard or receive any reply.
Reference number is: 28387621 dated 14th March 2011 Reference number is: 29877346 dated 31st March 2011
There can only be a few reasons for this.
1/ The officers in the FTC (Fair Trade Commission) department in charge of the anti pyramid law do not know their job. They do not know how to write or recommend the appropriate laws to the Congress to be passed to stop pyramid schemes. Government employees should not hide under the protection of unions, do not know their work and still expect to get paid. In the real world, they will be fired and we should expect the same of Government servants.
2/ The officers in the FTC department in charge of the anti pyramid law are sleeping on their watch or are not doing what they are paid for. One of the common problems of Government officers in every country is having people who are only interested in their salary and not in their work.
3/ With the rampant pyramid scheme situation in the USA and so many companies openly breaking the law and people in charged are not doing anything, we should be suspicious that there is always a possibility and that some officials are on the take. We must always suspect that something fishy is going on when we see owners of pyramid schemes which under the laws of the USA is illegal making millions, tens of millions to hundreds of millions USD a year and yet allow to go on operating legally and people in charged to check them do nothing. Why are they turning a blind eye?
It is ironic that the FTC brought lawsuits against the best and reputable MLM Company, Amway, in 1975 but nothing has been done to the real pyramid schemes today. Hello FTC. Have you lost the spirit and culture you had in the 1970s?
