I can see from your letter that you know quite a few training lessons. Learning is a start. Putting them into use is the next step. The final is to teach what you know and of course the last part is quite a challenge. Not only do you need knowledge, you must also have a certain amount of charisma. Next, not only must you have some charisma, you must also have a group who wants to listen to you. Do not expect other leaders to send their organization to you for training. Some companies have meeting rooms and organize meetings and training for their distributors but most companies leave this role to their distributors and their leaders organize 80% to 90% of the training and meetings. They may occasionally organize some leadership training and product training in hotel facility.
My advice is first of all to build yourself a big organization and then start a business school to train your own downlines. Do not start a business school with the purpose of training other people’s organization. You may be disappointed.
